Swiss Precision was started in 1990 by Willy Buhlmann. A native of Switzerland, Willy came to America in 1970 after spending several years in his hometown learning the trade of the Swiss type screw machine. After working 20 years, mostly in Vermont, Willy decided to start his own precision Swiss machine shop in Brattleboro, Vermont.
Over the years, the Company grew steadily and in the mid-90’s, CNC screw machines began replacing cam machines. CNC lathes were added to the business and then CNC milling machines. Today Swiss Precision continues to grow with the same mission and commitment it started with to provide the highest product quality and Customer Satisfaction in the industry.
